SGA Property Consultants are a team of experienced RICS Chartered Building Surveyors & Project Managers based in the South West of England, a short distance from Bristol.

We are a Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) regulated firm meaning we must adhere to the RICS Rules of Conduct and strict ethical policies. We operate in accordance with the globally recognised standards of the RICS which gives our clients the confidence that we have the required skills and competencies to do the job.

Our commercial surveyors have over 20 years experience in the property industry, most of which was gained at top-tier corporate firms working with clients from the UK, Australia, Singapore and the US.
Our residential surveyors are all members of the Residential Property Surveyors Association (RPSA) and are bound by The Property Ombudsman (TPO) and a Code of Conduct that defines their standards of professional ethics, sustainability, inclusivity and response to complaints.

South West England
Our focus is on the South West of England but our commercial team operate across the UK. Our residential team primarily operate throughout Bristol, Somerset, Wiltshire, Dorset and Gloucestershire. We have local knowledge and expertise in these areas and tend to stay within this region. If you require services outside of these areas, please get in touch as we may still be able to help.
